Hi, everyone. I’ve been studying here for quite a while, and finally decided to join in. I’m not looking to spin straw into gold, but spin grains into liquid gold! I prefer a good rum, brandy or smooth whisky or whiskey. I try not to be too picky, I can enjoy it spelled with or without an E. I started with an air still, and small experimental batches. A grape juice and frozen blueberry brandy was first. A molasses rum stripping run earlier this week. I’m gathering equipment to make larger runs. I hope to continue learning and creating.
