Hello from the Valley

Hi everyone, new to this site and distilling! Have been making wine for a while, tired of the wait for uncertain results, have a nice berry patch and peach tree and apple trees, and would like to try my hand at home distilling. Retired, lots of time, volunteer firefighter with over 35 years of service, looking forward to meeting you and learning, hoping for a great experience!
