I am a originally from South Florida Lake Okeechobee area. I go back and forth to central New York as a beekeeper. The love of transforming water runs deep in my family and has for many generations. Mostly all grain if any added sugar is used its honey. Try to keep things simple and traditional.
I have read a few post where some are dealing with cloudy liquor. I have a very simple filtering trick for that. One pass and its will be crystal clear. So many of these new grains have a high oil content. Happy to share all I know.
