Newbie incoming

Hi all, finally bitten the bullet and brought a starter kit, including the spiritworks 25ltr boiler.
Happy for any advice and suggestions, from the small amount of research I’ll be avoiding doing a turbo wash as my first run.
I’m looking to recreate o’donnell’s moonshine so any guidance would be much appreciated.
