Hi
I'm totally new to distilling- in fact my first still is currently in the post.

I've made wine on and off over the years so know the basics of creating a wash i guess. I will have many many questions though - of course I'll search the forum first!

I look forward to chatting with you all and learning what I think will be a very interesting new hobby.
