Probably a silly question but, I've just bought 12 500ml Mason jars with lids to start me off on my distilling journey.
I can't see me making cuts to the hearts to blend for the first few tries at stilling.
I've only got a 38ltr still so I'm assuming that these will be enough for collecting fores; heads and tails and leave plenty to keep the hearts? Failing that, I'll probably just put all the hearts together in a gallon demijohn.
What do you guys use?
