Need a new element for keg boiler

I need a new element for my keg boiler, the old one died. The old one which came with the still, is 1.5 inch and screws into a socket. I was looking for one on AliExpress. I have read the Dernord elements are good. So I am looking for a 220v 3kw DN40. There are a few that look the same or very similar. My question is do I need one with a ground? Some say they don't have a ground, others don't say anything so who knows. A couple have a central screw which I am thinking is a ground screw. Question, how do I know if the element has a ground or not? cheers
