Hi all!

I’ve distilled a couple things so far but am still new to physically doing it. Have read and learned a lot so far but still have a lot to go. Looking forward to learning from everyone! I am a serial hobby hopper, so this is my newest one that I think will actually stick for a long time.

First whiskey was tasted by a sommelier co-worker today and it is apparently good! Crazy…
