I am a 22yo who has been trained by a big figure of distillation for a year and has made it part of his profession for about another year now.
Even tho I win money (legally) of of it, I still lack a lot of experience in recipe making, experiments etc...
I also like to create cocktail recipes arround a specific spirit or idea
