Hi,
I have been lurking this forum for more than five years. I have quite extensive understanding about yeasts even at enzyme and genetic level, because of reasons, but when it comes to actual HD use cases, the forum members often know it better than formally trained people. So i may start contributing for example by going deeper into why certain true and tried recipies are pretty much perfect for their intended purposes (when used Exactly as instructed) and what can and cant be tweaked with predictable outcome. Anyway, I really enjoy this forum and the community and huge respect for the giants here and also all who have sharded their experiences!
