My name is Jim and live in the San Diego area. I have been brewing beer for over 40 years and distilling for about 20. Lately have been into distilling more and obtaining more equipment, new pot still and 6 plate still. Also has a woodworker have been playing with obtaining aged American oak to build small barrels to age the spirit I make.
