Greetings All
My name is David and have been a hobby beer brewer for 10+years and have cought the distilling bug as an extension of Brewing. I enjoy good whiskey and aim to develop my own whiskey in the Irish style and maybe try some vodka and tequila. i will see where this journey takes me.
