I've been lurking on this forum for several years. I found it to be helpful. I was very infrequent distilling with sometimes a year or two of complete inactivity. I'm now retired and have the time to play again.
I'm pretty adept at making Rum, Vodka, Gin and Brandy. I've been working on making an all grain whiskey.
