Made my first water/sugar washes over 20 years ago (drinked thous without distilling). Few years been doing wine and beer mostly with positive results, but messed up my biggest beer batch 100 L with vinegar taste and didn't want to waste it all so ordered equipment and started reading about dangers etc.
After few distillings im here to learn more about this hoppy, thanks!
(Now figurin out mash recept without nonorganic chemicals: malted barley, local fresh baking yeast, banana to bring vitamins, water, inverted sugar)
