Question about a controller

I picked one of these up for pretty cheap on eBay…
It was advertised as a 110-220v controller…
It appears to be some type of thyristor according to the description.. I have two different setups I’m planning on running 15gal with a 208v 5500w element.. and for now a 7.5 gal with a 208v 2500w element…. My space is wired for 208v 40a service.
Here’s the kicker this thing has a 120v plug on the input side do you think I could wire this for 208v or am I just spinning my wheels and destined to let all the smoke out…
