Hi there,
Names Cobalt! I just recently got into stilling. I desperately felt that I needed a new hobby in my life! I decided to start making rum instead of buying a motorcycle.
I might be a little in over my head. But I like that there is so much to learn and that this is going to be a challenge. I have been doing a lot of reading through the wiki and through some of the forums on this site. Cheers!
