Hi, I'm hurleyfree and today i received an Airstill pro machine that my family bought me for Christmas/my birthday. I began making alcohol with my wife last year. We started with fermentation (mead) i made approximately 20 different batches of mead in the last year. With this new equipment we will be able to distill at home. We are new to this so we will have a lot of reading before to be sure we are doing the right thing.
