Longtime lurker, first time poster. I’ve been distilling for a few years now on a 26gal pot setup. Recently brought in the parts to convert over to a 6 plate column as well as have built my own Dorothy reflux condenser. Mostly I’ve made rum, poitin, and rice shochu but would like to give vodka and gin a go now that I have the necessaries.
