I've been making beer and country wines for a few years now and have been collecting equipment whenever an opportunity arises. I came across a brand new 60 litre SS fermentation bucket a couple of years ago on ebay for a bargain price and bought it for my collection of homebrew equipment. When I unboxed it and removed the lid there was a load of stuff inside the bucket. One of the items inside was a condenser which I wasn't expecting so I got very lucky. I've been putting it off for long enough and now it's time for me to pop my cherry and run my condenser for the first time.

I started a 5 days TPW that's almost finished fermenting so I should be making ethanol in the next few days
