Hello, I'm Ryan, and I've been in winemaking for about 6 years now. I've recently graduated to an air still and my wife and I are having lots of fun turning our brew into brandy. We look forward to lots of reading, learning and applying our newfound knowledge to this hobby. I think we will move to a sugar wash next and see what damage we can do there then probably experiment with essences and move on to bigger, more ambitious projects as our skills progress.
