I have been enjoying home distilled spirits for many years, unfortunately i have very suddenly inherited a ton of equipment and I'm not too sure what to do. I have watched many videos but its too much info in one go.
I have an air still which i have done a spirit run, well i ran it and now have 20 jars with 100ml of spirit in each and they all smell the same
I also have a T500 with many attachments and I don't know what they do.
this was a well established setup and I'm keen to learn, quite quickly too as i have 75L of sugar wash ready to go and 100L of flavoured alcohol at 35% that needs to be run through again to become neutral.
I think i will only need to learn how to do neutral spirit for now but would like to get into Gin and spiced rum down the line.
Please any help or pointers is much apreciated, thanks in advance
