HI Guys
My names Keith ( Pouto Pot Stiller) and have been distilling for number of years in a limited capacity
mainly sugar washes and using flavors. But over the last year i have up graded my set up to a copper head pot still
and a T500 Reflux and have started making spirts with various fruits, and making gin and rum from scratch,
I also brew and sometimes make cider.
I have just made my very first venture into all grain distilling to make Bourbon with limited success, what i made was very tasty but i only got 1.5 ltrs at 55% from a 25 ltr mash. Over the last year I have been making the UJSSM
with corn and sugar with reasonable success but I'm sure I could do better going all grain.
Which is why I joined this site to gain knowledge from you guys experience and in time be able to pass on what I learn to future new members.
