I think its great that forums such as this exist - so much stuff to learn (especially for a newbie like myself). I only have a selfmade small Potstill (made
out of a 8l steel pot for cooking and a copper liebig cooler). As I am only experimenting with lots of different fruits (and really all kind of things
) the setup is more then enough for me at the moment. I already did plum brandy, raspberry, gin, peach brandy, UJSSM (with fruits directly from my own garden). Really looking forward to asking lots of questions and to keep learning/getting better at the craft!
