Haven’t distilled in a couple of years. I’ve done rums, gins and a cornflake whisky. I have a 50l milk can boiler and bubble plates. I’ve wanted to do a proper grain spirit but not really had the equipment (or so was my excuse) so I’ve been putting it off. I’ve recently bought a RIMS system and kettle to make a whisky mash. Looking forward to getting it set up and making some single malt and bourbon.
