I need help rescuing a stuck mash

I ferment outside the temperature keeps going way way down. There’s still a considerable amount of sugar according to the hydrometer Got a sour sweet taste. It’s about 35 gallons so I’m hoping I can save it. I did two batches one went dry perfectly. The second one had problems and now I’m here. Please help me with a little spoon feeding.
