Unusual beer keg

I was curious if someone here is used a keg like this before. It looks to be about 15 l, I would like to use it for storage of my rum. I'm just wondering how easy to remove that Spear to fill up the keg with rum.

Seller got back with new dimensions, too small for me.

I've never seen a keg like that. The grab handles look seriously solid.
If they put that much quality into the welded handle, the keg is designed to be reused and if it's reusable there must be a way to disassemble it for cleaning. Look to see if the cap and spear is twist-lock or if it uses a removable snap ring.
Either way make sure it's empty or put on safety glasses before poking at it.

At $20 I'd buy it even if it wasn't as big as I wanted for Rum storage.
That thing looks sturdy, with a little welding I could see it used for a steam generator, thumper or whatever.
The only thing I wonder about is the metal used. Is it SS or aluminum.
The grab handle looks cast, aluminum is cheap and easy to cast and SS is more difficult and expensive.
If it's aluminum, I wouldn't want it.
What interreges me, is there's only one fitting on the quick connect. Obviously, it was never meant to be a beer or soda keg.
