We experienced a catastrophic database error. It took me many hours to figure it out and get us back - probably with a day or so loss - to working.
I apologize for any inconvenience. This one was unique in our 25+ years of being online. I am just glad we are back - even if we lost some data.

I think this one's my fault, i made a multi paragraph post yesterday!
I think this is the 4th post I've lost in a roll back, which leads me to believe the forums are against me. But I learned a long time ago not to trust pasting most than a few sentences in a website text box (who remembers the fun of dialup?). So i just have to copy it from my offline copy.
