Wine yeast from Red Star. Pasteur Red yeast is a strong fermenter and produces full-bodied red wines. Particularly well suited for grapes from the Zinfandel and Cabernet families as well as berry and cherry Wine, Gamay, Merlot, Pinot, and Syrah.
