Bovin Sv. Trifun Premium Rakija

Pronounced- raw-kee'-ya

It is pretty much what Americans call brandy. It is a aromatic but strong liquor that is generally made from fruits which have fermented from wild yeasts. Most undergo double distillation. Some are aged in wood, some are not. Slivovitz and Kirsch are examples of rakija.
