A colloquial name for a non-traditional mashbill spirit. Not used as a pejorative. Unicorn Sweat is anything that does not fit the traditional styles include Whiskey, Rum, Vodka. Mashbills that encompass mixtures of grains, sugar, fruits, etc can be called Unicorn Sweat. Examples include Sweet Feeds and Sugarheads.
