Demisting test

The demisting test indicates the end of the heads and start of the hearts. Relates to louching. During a run a sample is taken. It is mixed 50/50 with water. Initially the spirit will likely louche, but if the spirit clears up within a short period of time, say a minute or two, then it passes the demisting test and indicates the start of the heart cut.
