triple wall liebig
1 1/4 over 1 over 3/8 od. Only used four fittings to build. A one inch 90, a 1 to 1/2 reducer and two 3/8 90's. Currently knocking down 3000 watts with very little water flow. Each cooling circuit has its own valve to control water. And there is 12 gauge wire wrapped around the 1 inch to make he water stay in longer.

Uses a lot less water than my old 1 over 1/2 Liebig that was 36 inches long.

Now that shocks me. I would have figured it would have used more. I bet it cools like a big dog.jedneck wrote:Uses a lot less water than my old 1 over 1/2 Liebig that was 36 inches long.

I could only get the top 4 inches to get a little better than warm. Estimated that I used 3-4 gallons on a run containing 11 gallon wash. Each outlet ran little heavier than product output. Collected two gallons on strip run.

In Flanders fields the poppies blow * Between the crosses, row on row, * We are the Dead. Short days ago * We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow, * Loved and were loved, and now we lie * In Flanders fields. -- from a WWI poem
