Again not sure it this is something people are doing or not.
I made a quick mold to make it easier.
I got my hands on some 2" id. Copper crush washers for industrial hydraulic systems.
Just heated them up nice and hot sat them on to mold and hammered them flat. Quick clean with a grinder and good to go.

apparently i don't have any good one from when i made them but the mold is in the back ground there
