After a few months doing odd jobs after being laid off in march, I'm looking to send my resume around to a few small local distilleries. My background is in running high-end, high volume cooking. Mostly as an supervisor / executive chef. I've been involved in hobby brewing of cider and wine for more than 15 years and distilling for 5. If anyone running a craft distillery has any tips on what they find compelling in a resume i would appreciate any help. Mostly trying to find a way to communicate that i have an amateur level of experience knowledge in mashing, fermenting... and most other necessary steps in distilling.
If anyone working in Montreal has a referral for me, I'm completely bilingual, have a professional background in food safety, cleaning protocols, inventory management, 20+ years of experience in a highly demanding and difficult field.
Thanks for any help, comments ....
