Hey guys, My name is Patrick Dunn. I have a BS in atmospheric Science from UNC-A, and certification in brewing from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling in London. My first Distilling career was Asheville Distilling Co., where I became Associate Distiller. I've moved on to help build other breweries and distilleries in the past. Ive been out of the business professionally for about 3 years now. Hopefully not too much longer because I am activily looking to dive back in. I currently operate a 13gal pot with 4", 4 plate, fractionation(flute) column, dephleg, and a shotgun condenser. Very nice to be part of the group!! Cheers, Patrick
