Will do Kiwi, how does the copper clean the spirit, I presume it will need to be removed and dried out after eash use to prevent any greening of it, from what I know in brewing thats bad news. At the moment I've got stainless pot scrubbers in place. And like a fool, before I knew better I bought 8 p...

I soppose what I'm after is a bit of both, neutral spirit from a cheap source of sugars with a high reflux rate and if I removed the packing and had no reflux, could I not make a grain mash with some flavour and treat it as a sort of pot still.
