in need of some insight

Hey y'all, I resently started fermenting Ujssm in 55gal barrels. I was on my 8th gen prior to starting this when i noticed an issue. I started the batch last night and checked my SG it was at 1.020.... not 1.060 where it should be so what am i doing wrong? what do i need to change or add? of course ...

Hey guys I have a connection with a local farm who has silos of whole kernel corn used to feed cattle, no chemicals or such. I can get 100lb bags for $15!!! My question is can I use this for my sour mash or do I need sweet corn?
