Still_stirrin, thank you for the response. I have not tasted it before fermenting. That's something I need to do I guess. The yeast I use is Fleischmann's Active Dry yeast. I just sprinkle on top and stir when the temp is right. Should I rehydrate? When I collect the jars label & proof I then cu...
