When making your cuts is it allright to use bottled spring water or should you only use distilled water.
Thank you

I generally use spring water or drinking water. Distilled water is too, well, bland, to make cuts with IMHO. Most of the old timers would use REAL spring water, the minerals and stuff help to add flavor to your finished product, at least that's what I think.

You can use your tap water if you like the taste of it. I always use distilled water because distilled water has no taste. I like the taste of my tap water but I like my spirits to have there own identity.

Mmm, tap water. I let mine sit in a jug in the fridge to let the chlorine out but don't filter it.
I really like the taste of the tap water (minus chlorine) here, bottled/distilled water is so... bland.
