A few years ago we found a bottle of shine my grandfather made and stashed away. He died in 1970 and god only knows how long before that he had made it. It tasted just fine, I would say no.
Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will sit in a boat all day and drink beer.

no alchohol above a certain percent cant go bad. a safe estimate would be above 40%. some liquers can go bad, cuz i've found some really old sugar based liquers that had it seemss more sugar than alcohol, and something happened to them, hell if i know but it tasted like horse doo.
If it dont burn it aint good!

Even liqueurs at 20% can last a long time and get better with a bit of age. The thing with liqueurs is that they need to be shook up regularly to keep them mixed otherwise they will go bad, especially any liqueurs with cream in them. The question about moonshine going bad, well it can't really spoil no because bacteria spools foods and drinks and bacteria can't live in it. But since alcohol can absorb flavours and smells and if it has been in contact with something unpleasant it will taste bad.
