Would you have to make cuts if you where going to use the alcohol as fuel? Also, I assume you would want maximum alcohol volume from your run, is there a recipe that would be better suited for fuel than for consumption?

you can use the whole product, also methanol is used in car racing, just take all the water off the alcohol

Yes: high tolerance turbo and lots of sugar.
