Christmas Liquer Recipes anyone?



Well howdy to all and to all a merry christmas; And hopefully a pleasant and prospherous new year
Being in the whole christmas spirit at the moment (well actually i'm not), i was wondering if you guys have any special recipes or cocktails that you reserve for the christmas period etc. (Or your favourite drink in general!)
In all honesty i was going to make a worthwhile post, but i forgot what i was going to write...so instead you get this
So are there any traditional liquers or spirits that you guys will be consuming over the christmas and the dreaded new year break?
