old well flavoured wood

Post by merryoldboy »

I have a mate who is into building /demolition work, one of the buildings he recently renovated was the old Victorian baths. he took and kept the changing room old oak benches doors and skirting. the benches are unvarnished oak and ladies bench has had the naked privates of our female population sat on it for over a hundred years, so some essence of women must have rubbed off. So what do you reckon to ageing some spirit using this wood?

Never follow good whiskey with water, unless you're out of good whiskey!!!

Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will sit in a boat all day and drink beer.
