5gal batch of sour mash

How much un-malted grain should i use if i want to make a 5gal bucket of mash. I have 1lb of malted barley and over 15lbs each of un-malted barley, corn, and oats. Also where's there a place i can buy a grain mill that relatively inexpensive, but good quality and can grind corn.

i have a 25 dollar corona mill that I like a lot. I see a lot of old corn mills in antique stores around here too... been thinking about getting one if I can find one in good shape.
