Help requested for Autumn Pursuits

It is coming up to fall / autumn in this part of the world.
I have trees laden with Bramley apples and Victoria plums.
I would like to make some apple brandy and especially slivovitz
Could anybody help me with some recipes here please?
I only have an EasyStill but I've had some good results with it on other projects.

This site has a whole section dedicated to recipes. It's called: RECIPES.

How did ya post this here and not see the whole section devoted to yer question?

I did but it moved ! A ghost in the machine perhaps?
