started a batch of 8L of ginger beer that is now brewing in bottles. Ive left the lids off and covered all the tops because im not sure how much gas this is gonna make. Its got enough sugar for about 5% acohol, when should i cap them?
This lot is intended to be drunk as beer but as a thought, has anyone run this through a pot still. If so, how did it taste etc.
