tape in still

I made 2nd run of UJs sour mash last night evryting seemed to go well but when I washed down today I saw something on cooling tubes in column.Small piece of black tape must have come off swab from last cleaning. Is all this shot or can I run it agin.

What is the tape made from? if it's adhesive it will more than likely be toxic. I think I would be inclined to toss it.

small peice of black electrical tape had a swab taped on shaft an just have over looked it when I was packing Damn I hate to dump it all but thats how I learn do dumb shit then try not to repeat it.

That kind of thing will only make you a better distiller... happens to everyone at least once... chalk it up and move on.

I put food coluring in stuff I got a couple new stills figuerd I would run stuff through them after check run to help clean them out then just chunk stuff out.
