ive got a 5 gallon batch going right now, its 5lbs corn, 7.5 lbs sugar, and 3 packets of yeast. been going for 3 days now and is starting to smell of alcohol or somthing. wondering if anyone had any tips to give a first timer

how long to run it?

what are tails?

can i produce somthing harmful to me?
