sugar beet mash

Post by kitchenmonkey »

As you can see I am very new to this site and to the world of making my own ETOH. Have any of you had any experience making alcohol with sugar beets? I live where I can get literally tons of beets and/or beet molasses. Thanks for the help.

I'd use the beet molasses -- less work, i.e. no need to process the beets yourself.

Make rum -- there's plenty of threads regarding making run.

If your aim is to make ethanol, why bother. Simply use sugar.

Read information on site and buy this book.
