It's nice to see someone linked here to one of my articles on Slashfood. I took the workshop on artisanal distilling and one on hard cider production at Conell University in Geneva, NY Dec. '07 and they were great. I just wish the distilling workshop had been longer. It was just one day. The workshops at Michigan State University are longer and from what I heard more in-depth. -JMF-
